Terms & Conditions - sales of product

In purchasing Shieldwolf Miniatures products, you acknowledge that-

  • Shieldwolf Miniature products are not toys, and are unsuitable for children. -Shieldwolf Miniature products are supplied unpainted, and will require some preparation to remove mold lines etc. It will also require assembly -It is strongly recommended you wear a dusk mask when preparing the product, to minimise inhalation of dust. Please read our Safety Precautions for additional information.

  • We will do our utmost to ensure perfect quality items are sent to you, however your parts may occasionally contain the odd small air bubble which we've missed in quality control. Please do not hesitate contacting us for further information.

  • Parts are provided according to the invoice generated when you place an order, it is up to you to carefully check your order to ensure you have ordered the required products and quantities.

  • Shieldwolf Miniatures products which are shipped outside the EU will have a customs declaration attached, Products you import may attract additional costs such as local sales taxes, which Shieldwolf Miniatures is not liable for.

When you pay for your products, we will undertake to ship them to you in accordance with the "Delivery Information", to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the address is correct and where applicable, someone is in to receive the parcel. In the case of the Customer false or inaccurate data, including, in particular, misleading or inaccurate address, Shieldwolf Miniatures is not liable for failure or delay in delivery of the order to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • After we notify the Customer that the order has been dispatched, we remain under no circumstances responsible to what happens there after. For large orders Shieldwolf Miniatures will provide a tracking number to the email address of the Customer, regardless of his location worldwide.

    We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund all payments made at any time and for any reason.
